When are the best times to do self-hypnosis?
The best times to practice self-hypnosis and auto suggestion are in the evening right before you drift off to sleep and in the morning right before you rise.
Both times you’re already completely relaxed and in a day dreamy state. Either give yourself silent positive suggestions for the change you want to create, or bypass the conscious mind and do self-hypnosis. Add some meditation to your day by clearing your thoughts/mind and just focusing on your breath, talk positively to yourself throughout the day, especially when you realize you’re thinking negatively, and then watch what shows up in your life!
